How do I become a member?

What are the benefits?
Jewellery insurance claims can be very time consuming and labour intensive making the process difficult for retail jewellers. Here at Executive Diamond Services we are here to make the quote process much easier and economically viable for the retail jeweller using our state of the art software system saving you time, money and adding clients to your retail base.
How do I get paid?
Approved jewellers that are part of the Executive edge system will get paid a percentage of every quote that is picked up within the approved jeweller’s premises. Once the items have been picked up and Executive Diamond Services has received the cheque the jeweller will receive their percentage on the last day of the month.
How do you define the price difference between the jewellery replacement and my retail pricing?
Executive Diamond Services is a jewellery replacement specialist not a retail jeweller. Our pricing structure has been designed specifically to deal with the major insurance carriers. With this in mind, it stands to reason that insurance pricing works on a different structure than retail. Retail jewellery stores, because of the nature of the business, generally have a higher overhead with regards to stocked product and marketing costs directed at their target markets.
